I’m taking the leap into the world of writing. I’m diving deep into the subject of the rewards and challenges of mature, adult dating. This topic has particular meaning to me as I have been navigating this personally and professionally for the past eight years. It has been full of excitement, fun, challenges, pain, frustrations, confusion. I am not 19 anymore, so how am I supposed to do this? And, I’m a psychotherapist, so that adds a more interesting and frustrating dimension to my situation. This 16 year journey has inspired me to share my stories, experience and analyze them and hopefully make this sometimes crazy journey easier for others.
